Dr Zhi Zhen Kuo Health Walking Method

This walking method is similar to Guolin Qigong-but is not Guolin walking which is very specific. This is Dr. Kuo's own personal revealations from working with patients. This is a english translation on the summary of the "health walking".

According to many research reports, it pointed out that moderate exercise can increase immunity; during the flu season people with strong immunity system would be able to resist the flu virus. Which we need to now based on current swine flu data.

Dr. Kuo's Fast Waking for Health method is based on the space theory of his Healing System which is too lengthy for here. During the fast walking, people walk with uplifting shoulder and arms, it could open the energy pathway quickly, promote the blood and Qi / energy circulation, activate whole body's cellular vibration, hence promote health.

Dr. Kuo suggested that Fast Walking for Health at least 30 minutes per day, this will increase immunity, promote blood circulation, enlighten a personsr heart / their joy and reach the happy and healthy condition.

Purpose: To open energy pathways and promote

energy flow in the body.

    Methods:

  •     Walking naturally with both hands swaying, bend your figures a bit, gently close mouth, put the tip of tongue close to the root of the mouth.

  •     Right hand sway backward to the lower back, lift up right shoulder and stretch the arm with palm facing snow mountain area (gate of life area). At the same time, left hand sway forward to lower abdomen area below the navel, uplift the left shoulder, and stretch arm with palm facing lower Dan Tian area.

  •     When the palm facing lower abdomen or lower back, imagine and direct the energy from palm radiate to Hui yin, increase energy pressure in the Hui Yin area. Because Hui Yin area is the driving force for the body.

    Benefits:

  •     Promote driving force: The walking exercise can promote driving force, increase vitality, promote and strengthen immunity. When the driving force is strong, the body self-healing capability would be developed.

  •     Promote normal bowl movement:  When the abdomen muscle is loose, or gain weight in the abdomen area, it is the symptom of aging, it means the stomach and intestine lose the vitality and become weak and loose. The intestine cannot move properly, so that residual stool would stay in the intestine, the toxin from the residual stool will flow into other part of body, cause chemical changes and aging. When both hands energy radiate to the lower abdomen area, it will activate and promote intestine cellular vibration. So that the bowl movement would be smooth and the residual stool would be removed.

  •     Promote normal lung function: Lung is in charge of water distribution of body. The breath will affect the blood circulation and energy movement. Fast walking can increase intake of oxygen to nourish the lung and whole body.

  •     Promote happiness: fast walking can increase the secretion of phenol and reduce stress and felling joys and happiness.
