Below are some of the comments from some satisfied student's, friends I have met along the path in recent years.

Sifu Gary,

I have been taking private and group Qi Gung classes from you, since
April-2004. The Sitting, Standing Meditation, Sound Therapy etc.. have
resulted in a Clearer mind, Memory Improvement, Better focus,
tranquility, Clearer perception and so forth.

I have more confidence and i have opened Blocked Areas throughout my
body and purged, balanced, the 4 aspects (Body, Mind, Spirit, Emotions)
as one. I have experienced a total change in body. I practice everyday,
the practice accelerates ones growth.

I have been in Tai Chi, Qi Gung for 5 years. The method untilized by my
former teachers taught only the form and not the essence of the arts.
The way you taught me has linked the form and the essence of Tai Chi &
Chi Gung. Gary, you demonstrate a great love, understanding, and passion
for the art. The caring interest, sensitivity and devotion for each
student is felt in each student in every class. Gary you teach each
individual to "HEAL THEIR OWN INNER SELF".

I am grateful our paths have met. Sifu Gary you are a True Master in
the Martial Arts

Just so you know Sifu...

Over fifty but less than sixty years old I'm fairly healthy. For twenty
years I've jogged around the neighborhood, lifted weights, went for
walks with my wife, picked up and quit smoking cigars. My regular doctor
visits and blood tests indicated that I was doing well but my blood
pressure was elevated.

The medication the doctor gave me for high blood pressure was too
strong and I end up in bed for three days. A different medication was
prescribed, it too was too strong, I hated the feeling and quit taking the
medication.

Looking for a healthy alternative, I found a book by a doctor
discussing everything from anxiety to back pain. As I read through the book I
noticed that Qigong (Chi-gong) was suggested for many ailments, aches and
pains of the human body.

I did some research and signed up with you and Energetic Arts of
Michigan. I learned various Qigong postures and movements. After just 18
hours of practice my blood pressure started to go down. Within three weeks
my blood pressure was back to a normal level.

I know in my heart as long as I practice the Qigong postures and
movements, my blood pressure will not be an issue. Thank you Gary and feel
free to use me as a reference.

Sincerely,
~Edward

Free from the bondage of addiction!
I am now 31 years old and have long used heroin for several years.
Since I used heroin I have now become addicted and depended on it. If I did
not use it my mental and bodily conditions turned out to be out of
control.

It's been several years now since I started trying to find a way out to
recovery. Together with my parents I had tried various methods of
medical treatments, ranging from ordinary methods - DH method -,
sophisticated method from abroad up to spiritual healing methods. The results of
all these were not optimal.

I knew Gary Abersold from my uncle who fortunately used to be his
colleague in his former job. According to him, the practice was so simple,
which almost everybody could do it both for himself and for other
people. Mr. Abersold set a program for my case and I had to visit him 2 times
per week  to learn Qigong by him.

After several meetings, I was taught to take basic exercises and
several other Qigong movements to enable myself to use the Qi energy within
my body and draw it around me for self healing. This Qigong exercise is
vital mainly to help speed up the healing process.

Acording to Gary, following is the Healing method of Qigong therapy. Qi
energy flows to the whole of the body and destroy the Heroin toxin's in
the body and in the brain and flows out through urine, sweat, and other
organs to allow our body to be cleansed.

After 7 times treatment accompanied with calisthenics I took up
regularly, I began to feel the advantages that made me feel grateful and
thankful because I managed to be able to overcome my medical problems. And,
the most important thing is this Qi therapy could better remove Heoin
toxin from the body compared to on an average other treatments, as with
Qigong I was able to overcome "what I missed or longed for" feeling
which before was hard to overcome using other methods.

Routine Qigong calisthenics I took up not only for health but also for
adding Qi energy in my body for self healing and healing other people
(I routinely treated my father's diseases every morning with Qigong).

Rather than being treated in a clinic of which the cost is much bigger,
it would not be wrong if you tried this method.

Moreover, those who are economically poor, this Qigong treatment is
very affordable. I hope these experiences will be useful for those
Addicted  victims wherever you are and other people in general.

"The Easiest & Most Complete Tai Chi Form Ever"
I practiced for years to learn a  form of Yang family Tai Chi in Royal Oak Mi,
but gave it up because I didn’t feel I was really getting anywhere deep. Then
one day when I arrived at a Dao Traditions Class in Warren, I saw some people
swinging their arms and doing a form that looked so pleasantly simple and happy.
I instantly knew this Tai Chi was different and more deeper healing was
involved.

It is the easiest form I ever learned. I have learned the form within 4 classes
and have refined it now & It is the most complete form I ever experienced. I
feel deep satisfaction with your tai chi approach and regret wasting my time
with the Yang Family style. The Group is also very powerful the energy is very
interesting I have never felt this ever with any of the teachers in the area.

What I love most is that it connects me with all physical and spiritual aspects
of myself. While doing the form I experience the wonderful new spiraling energy
within myself. I have finally lowered my bloodpressure now with your Tai Chi and
have become a Tai Chi fan once again. I hope anyone reading this will give Sifu
Gary's system a chance it is worth the small time you will have to invest.
Thank You for coming back to Warren.

Since l997 I have experienced intermittent recurrences of an angry rash above the waist and under the breasts. My doctor, who is a well-known practitioner of integrative medicine, gave me some kind of ointment to use. This had no effect. Just two days ago I tried One Hand Near and One Hand Far, and as an experiment, I worked on only one side. In less than one minute, the burning sensation and the redness was 90% diminished on that side. The following morning, the rash on the right side was almost gone, while the left side, which I hadn't worked on, was red, itching and burning, just as before. The contrast in the appearance of the skin was clearly evident. I then worked on the left side, and the rash has disappeared. This is truly amazing thank you...

Dear Gary,

Sciatica has bothered me for many, many years. I forced myself to take a little walk every day. Lately my right calf experienced serious soreness. After walking for about 20 minutes, I had to stop for a break before continuing my walk. You did techniques on my toes and both sides of calf on the right foot for a few minutes. I felt the warmness start on the right foot, then go up to my lower abdomen. The feeling was really nice. Next day, after taking a walk, the sore pain was significantly reduced, I only felt the sore pain around my right ankle. During your qigong balancing, you asked if my bladder functions were normal. It reminded me that I needed to go to the restroom frequently. I had to go four to five times every night, which caused me to not sleep well. When I was younger, I had taught for long hours with very limited break time, so there was no time to go to the restroom. That was the cause of my urine infection. Also, when carrying a heavy load, the urine would come out by itself. After your first treatment, I was amazed that I only needed to go to the restroom once each night. Even on the third night, after I drank two bowls of soup, I only went to the restroom once. My number of visits to the restroom also reduced during the day. I don't have to keep looking for restrooms while window shopping. Gary's qigong system seems to follow meridians. When he did techniques on the left temple above my ear, I immediately felt a stream flew by my right knee quickly, and go straight down to the fourth right toe. Later he balanced the outside of my right foot. At first, my ankle felt numbness and then this was followed by distending pain. After that, gary asked me to have a walk, and I felt much better. When I returned to the table, I surprised myself by unexpectedly getting up onto the table by using the leg with the problem, my right leg. I had been using my left leg to pull my right leg when I walked up or down stairs.

Sincerely,

Ms. Morgan

A woman came to me with debilitating back and leg pain of two years duration. She also suffered neck and arm pain, they both began following a road rage motor vehicle incident. She was about to undergo a surgical procedure for the back and leg pain. I taught her your "One Hand Near and One Hand Far" technique you have professed about. She began to see results almost immediately. Within in a week or so she was questioning whether to have the surgical procedure and in another week she cancelled the procedure. She reports she hasn't felt this good since before the road rage accident. As a Medical Doctor this very rare indeed. Good work!

I have been a student of Sifu Gary Abersold and have practiced his style
of qigong with sitting, standing and moving meditation along with healing sound
practice.  As a result of studying with Sifu Gary, I have an overall sense of
well being.  My tai chi form has noticeably improved - more balance, stamina and
strength.  My doctor told me that she wishes all her patients were like me--that
her work would be a lot easier.  Sifu Gary has impressive credentials and is
highly respected by his long-time students.  He is well versed in the Daoist
arts, Chinese medicine and healing practices.  His method of teaching is concise
and easy to understand.  With over 25 years of experience, he knows what works
and what is practical in modern day life.  I am grateful to have the opportunity
to be one of his students.

February 6, 2007:

Gary,

Thank you so much for teaching me Near/Far Hand Qigong.

Several weeks ago I had what I thought was a bad cold or flu.  I had chills, fever, headache, body aches, sneezing, runny nose, laryngitis, loss of sense of smell, disturbances in hearing, and a violent and persistent cough--all at one time..

I had all of those symptoms at different times with colds or flues before and thought it was just a virus that would go away by itself.  I took daytime and night time cold medicine for the symptoms.

The cough however, was alarming.  It was often so violent  that it  made my sides hurt.  The onset  was always sudden.   If it started when I was lying down I felt as though I were drowning.  When I would breathe in during a coughing spell, there was a gurgle in it.  I took Robitussin DM every three hours around the clock as it temporarily alleviated the symptoms.

I was very weak.  When not taking medicine, I slept most of the time.

After several days, I remembered Near/Far hand Qigong.  I used it with the near hand on the lung areas and felt a bit better.  Then I used it on the bronchial area.  My breathing cleared up within several minutes and the effects lasted for about six hours.  It felt like a miracle.

Good stuff!

Thank you.

Soul Messaging Heals you Fast!

Everyone knows the phrase "Don't Sweat it"! But sometimes it is a real challenge and well, we get really sweaty! Talking to the soul is one if the most helpful tools I have found for not sweating the small stuff! The door of my parents’ home is very tricky to open with a key. Even when you know how to do it, you must use both hands. You have to be quite deliberate and patient and still it takes a bit of time. So recently I thought to talk to the soul of the door. I asked it to please help me open the door and I thanked it for its service. The door opened quite easily and has ever since for me. Just the other day I was unlocking the door for my little sister and it opened right up. “How did you do that?” she said in complete awe. I’ve never seen anybody open the door so fast! So I’ll have to share the secret of talking with the soul of the door to the rest of my family!

Another funny example is eating with chopsticks. Most people, even when they are very good with chopsticks, can be challenged by certain slippery, round foods. I am just ok with chopsticks but I really enjoy eating with them. So talking to the soul of the food has helped me a lot in this regard. Not only is it important to thank the food for it’s nourishment but it is quite helpful to thank it for helping you to pick it up! One day, while eating a delicious yet unfamiliar appetizer featuring round mushrooms I had quite a bit of trouble picking it up with the chopsticks. I know my technique is probably improper and my style of holding chopsticks is at best unique but it had worked for me so far. That day however, I attempted to pickup the mushroom several times, much to the amusement of my friends at the table, it always slipped off. I suddenly remembered the wisdom about talking to the soul. So I said “Hello little mushroom, I love you, thank you for your service, thank you for your nourishment. Would you please help me to pick you up?” Then just like that my chopsticks help up the little round slippery mushroom. Everyone cheered and it was a delightful lesson on soul to soul communication.

The Asian Wisdom explains that talking to the soul can be used in any situation, since everything has a soul and every soul is significant . For instance, if I am trying to unwind at night, I have learned not just to ask the soul of my mind and body to relax, but also the soul of my bedroom, my house, my cat plants, all the furniture - it may sound strange but it works! When everything around you is relaxed, it is much easier to relax yourself. Before a meeting with someone, or a performance or anything I’m planning to do, it always seems to go smoothly when I remember to talk with the souls of everyone involved with love and appreciation! Talking Soul to Soul, heart to heart, has brought such relaxation and love into my life – beyond my fondest dreams.

I feel such peace now that I have learned not to waste my energy on stress from worrying, analyzing, or thinking too much. It is such profound wisdom yet it is so simple and easy to do it. I would suggest it to anyone as an effective and creative problem solving tool! It really is a special tool, a treasure that brings about peaceful solutions. I would love to teach it to children in schools, as it effectively teaches people to solve their problems without the use of aggression or violence. I believe someday children across the world will learn this technique, and I hope to be one of the teachers because I have seen for myself how well it works.

Thank you so much,

Michele Lancaster

This recent workshop  was just wonderful your  Medical  Qigong approach is so effortless, unique and soothing. This was the first Qigong workshop where I was able to express Qi with another person-that was very profound! Keep up your path Gary, your truly a amazing healer..see you in the fall.

Sincerely,

You know who (indenity requested to be confidential).

November 11, 2007:
For about ten years I have been on four medicines. Pills for hypertension, and cholesterol, plus a water pill, and an asprin a day. Practicing Qigong has made me medicine free. I have taken Tai Chi Chuan for three years, but in no way does it compare to the effectiveness of Qigong. The faithful practice of doing the sitting and standing culitivation (meditation) daily, and learning the Zhi Hui Neng Li Healing system is very powerful. Unbelievable that something so simple can do so much. To be able to heal yourself is a wonderful thing. Garys method of teaching enables us to learn this special quality of self healing. ~S~

May 1, 2009  To Whom It May Concern:
Joy to you all!!!! I’ve just gotten out of a Qi gong healing Center session with Gary Abersold and his teachers, students; this is a tad bit difficult because I am so full of energy, and being centered, and the words are hard to come by. I have many ailments and yet I feel great! Better than I have in many, many, years. I have taken classes around in Michigan, Florida, Colorado, Arizona and have never had the results that his Master & group of students and teachers have. I will admit at first I was not sure how good it would be because theres no sales pitch, products to buy or high dollar attached to their teachings. People in this Michigan area should seek him out! I feel grateful to be part of this learning group. I will also say that this experience  with Qi gong Healing Center was very, very pleasant. I felt the power of their healing energy. The energy presented itself as heat flowing from their hands and fingers. I felt immediate relief from pain in some parts of my body and partial relief in others.  Everybody needs this and what an awesome world this would be if be could all open up, show up, listen, release and soar! I am 59 years old and this was one of the most profound experiences of my life. Thank you again!  My life has been forever changed and I am not playing. Of course, none of this would have been possible without belief, of which I have an abundance, so take this to heart people. God Bless you all!!!

To whom it may concern:

I studied this year with this Qigong Healing Center Method level I. I  took this course to incorporate the two Western and Eastern approaches; I am a licensed Doctor . I see quite a bit of potential there. I want to continue with my Western medicine practice and to decrease the side effects and pain and empower patients to counteract /add to what they are receiving. I believe in this powerful system that unassuming Mr. Gary Abersold is teaching-I have studied with many teachers in my thirty five years of practicing and this very balanced gentleman has the vision and techniques for all us to absorb into our daily lives. Don't waste your time- learn from a person who has earned the right to be called a Natural Born Healer.
