Come & Learn authentic Kunlun Shan Dayan Gong
with Gary Abersold Introduction:
The history of Dayan Gong Traditions is mystical as China itself; but the oral tradition (master-student) has taught that in the Kunlun Mountain range of China, a Taoist adept named "Si Tao An" observed the movements of many Geese that resided in this mountain range area, and began to incorporate these bending, stretching, twisting & fluttering techniques into a health enhancing body cultivation system. He had found that these movements strengthened and moved the energy throughout the body and created longevity and insight in his daily life.
My Training: I learned Kunlun Shan Dayan Tradition over a long stretch of years through many Master's of the Lineage. Primarily Master Feng Hui Chan & students of Yang Mei Jun. Master Feng Hui Chan has recognized myself in his lineage tradition. I have spent also many years with many of Yang Mei Jun's students, gained insight to their skill in the system. But like many other Chinese related traditions there are many variation's to this movement tradition & one should embrace their teachers insights. I can only teach the skills what I have learned from the many teachers of this beautiful system. Dayan Gong Tradition is for the world to embrace and carry on for the next generation, which Master Feng had stated that "the teacher is of non-importance, but the system is".
If you have ever done Tai Chi or Yoga you will like this even more; Dayan Gong is a unique system of Body Cultivation skills which has handed down generation after generation for over 1,800 years. This style is a free flowing dynamic movement style which will open up your body completely and give you a nice full body training. No special skill is needed and you can be an total beginner to Qigong!
Class is taught in a Private - Semi Private location's in Sterling Heights area (18 Mile & Utica area). If you are interested in learning this tradition please email me at
